Shantal Malmed is a Summer Associate at Talkov Law where the focus of her civil litigation practice is in real estate, business law, and bankruptcy litigation.
Shantal is currently a student at the University of Southern California Gould School of Law where she is the Managing Editor for USC Gould’s Business Law Digest Journal. She is also the Treasurer of the Jewish Law Students Association and Academic Chair of the Women’s Law Association.
Prior to joining Talkov Law, Shantal graduated summa cum laude in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles. She also served as a Law Clerk for the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office, a Research Assistant to Professor Sam Erman, and a Law Clerk for the Eviction Defense Project.
