When I said I would hire him if I needed further help with my potential problem, he said I would probably not need to hire him because my landlord would realize I was onto her. That was reassuring to hear. He did such a thorough consultation. Many other attorneys would have changed me for this legal advice. He basically gave me free legal advice.
