Scott Talkov is a real estate, business and bankruptcy litigation attorney in California and the President of Talkov Law. He is a former partner at one of the region’s oldest law firms. Scott graduated from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law after completing his undergraduate degree at the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Chris Kiernan is a real estate, business and bankruptcy litigation lawyer in Southern California and the Managing Attorney of the Orange County Office of Talkov Law. He is a graduate of Emory University School of Law in Atlanta, Georgia and the University of South Carolina at Columbia.
Attorney / Family Law Practice Group Chair
Colleen Sparks is a civil litigation and family law attorney in California serving clients from the Riverside Office of Talkov Law. She is a native of the Inland Empire of Southern California who attended Northern Arizona University and went on to earn her Juris Doctorate from California Southern Law School.
Pilar Palafox is a Law Clerk at Talkov Law, where she focuses on real estate, business, bankruptcy, family law, and trust and probate disputes and litigation. She graduated from Chapman University School of Law after completing her bachelor’s degree in political science magna cum laude from Chapman University.
Leilani Caspillo a real estate, business, family law, and bankruptcy paralegal assisting the attorneys in all of the offices at Talkov Law. She completed a paralegal studies program approved by the American Bar Association after graduating from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
Layla Christian Ong is the Marketing Director at Talkov Law serving all of the firm’s offices in California. Layla completed a Digital Marketing Certificate at the University of California, San Diego after completing her undergraduate degree at the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, Washington.
